In the event of trip cancellation due to COVID-19-related border closures more than two weeks before departure, you'll receive a full refund, less 25% of the initial deposit covering non-refundable expenses such as merchandise.

If anyone’s been on any of our other trips, you’ll all know that UQ Ski house parties are the stuff of legends. So why not welcome the japan trip with a BANG and get everyone prepped for a big trip 👀 

The more people we have attend, the better we will all know each other when we get to Hakuba so come along if you are free!🍹 

This is a house party so it will be BYO but it will still be ticketed so the club can purchase some supplies 👀 for everyone on the night. Come along and get your mingle on before the trip ⛷️🏂
